Presented at the second consultants preview in the LCBO lab. Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, complex, quite cedary, slightly baked, cherry-plum purée nose with some faint mocha-chocolate notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, dense, well structured, slightly spicy, baked plum -cherry flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid cassis-tinged finish. Has 14.0% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 533927
