MATHIEU PAQUET |
Medium deep purple colour. Slightly spicy, dried plum-apple nose. Very dry, light bodied, spicy, dried apple-plum flavours with a lingering, very crisp, unoaked finish. This rather ordinary Bourgogne has 12.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. Tasted from two bottles. |

TASTING NOTE: Bright and pretty, with notes of raspberry and strawberry, intriguing tones of new leather and a refreshing acidity. It's soft, easy-drinking and great value. Enjoy this tonight with roast beef or mild cheeses or cellar for 3+ years. (Vintages panel, May 2017) |
