TASTING NOTE: Sourced from Devon slate soils that impart this wine's refined mineral undertone. Beautiful aromas and flavours with citrus and white peach joined by a delicately articulated melon note. Crisp, zesty and tasty, with a truly fine, pure mineral note. Enjoy with pork chops grilled with apples and winter vegetables. (Vintages panel, March 2017) |
