Bright medium straw colour. Spicy, honeyed, beeswax nose with some lemon-melon-apple notes. Very dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, spicy, apple-lemon-melon flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and according to the LCBO 9 g/L residual sugar with lot number LAPN 257618500117 on the back label with a screwcap closure.
