TASTING NOTE: A timid but fresh nose combines notes of mostly floral, citrus and green apple scents that are trimmed in hints of yeast and cider nuances. This is really quite crisp and energetic for a blend that features no chardonnay, indeed this could easily pass for a blanc de blancs as there is good cut on the notably dry but not really austere finish. I very much like the style though this could use a bit more overall depth and as such I would be inclined to give this a few years of cellar time first as it really is quite pretty. Drink: 2019+.
