| Presented at the second consultants preview in the LCBO lab. Extremely deep intense purple colour. Very attractive, complex, gently spicy, intense, maturing, expansive, ripe, plum-raspberry-cherry nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, solid, well structured, slightly spicy, attractive, intense, ripe plum-cherry-raspberry flavours with a lingering, gently cedary finish. This new blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Grenache and 30% Syrah has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. There are only 29 cases of this Best Buy so move quickly. Much better than the 2011(**/**+) with 88-points released on July 11, 2015. |
