Bright light yellow colour. Intense, slightly spicy, lemon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, very crisp, slightly spicy, warm, baked apple flavours with a lingering, high acid, unoaked finish. Tasted once. Has 13% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar.
