TASTING NOTE: This blend of 60% Shiraz, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre creates a big-boned but approachable wine with juicy mixed red and black fruit, dark chocolate, pepper and a really nice underlying graphite minerality. Fresh and fruit-forward, this offers considerable value. Enjoy with mid-week lamb kebabs, burgers or a meat lovers' pizza. (Vintages panel, June 2017) |
