| Deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, bright, dried, sweet apple-plum nose. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, mature, baked apple-plum flavours with a lingering, high acid, tin can and tropical fruit cocktail finish. Ready-to-drink. Tasted twice. One bottle was fizzy and still undergoing some refermentation. This blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cinsault has 14% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number CF12 on the back label. The 2010 (*/*+) was released on December 12, 2015 at $14.95. Part of the Mediterranean Feature with 15 items.. |
