Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer E. GUIGAL
Deep intense purple colour. Attractive, gently spicy, ripe plum-cherry nose with some gentle, savoury, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, well balanced, harmonious, bright finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number CAN on the back label. Very nice but not inexpensive. TONY ASPLER / 90-points / TRY - Blackberry nose with a light cedary note; full-bodied, dry, firmly structured, ripe blackberry flavour with a herbal note. Hold 4 - 5 years, CSPC 331900
