JACKSON ESTATES CHARDONNAY 2015 Santa Maria Valley, Santa Barbara
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer KENDALL-JACKSON
Mature bright light yellow colour. Intense, complex, slightly spicy, lemon meringue nose with lots of toasty, key lime pie notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, complex, well structured, rich, ripe lemon-lime meringue flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, gently cedary finish. This 100% Chardonnay has 13.5% alcohol (down from 14.5% for the 2014) and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number 101631416M52 on the back label. As much as I like it, the current average price in the US is only $18 US. CSPC 529735
