CELLARS CHARDONNAY 2014 Napa Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer NAPA
Bright medium straw colour. Intense, rather cedary, bright, spicy, lemon meringue nose. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, quite well structured, spicy, very mature lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, somewhat toasty, cedary finish. Tasted twice. The first bottle was totally oxidized. I am not happy with this batch. This THIRD REPEAT has 13.9% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with a new lot number L267522-6 on the back label. The 2014 (**+) was last released on April 15, 2017 at $28.95 (lot number L264521-6 ). You can safely ignore the TWO-YEAR-OLD 92-point tasting note appearing in the Vintages Catalogue. CSPC 225342
