Bright medium straw colour. Spicy, slightly leesy, honeyed, ripe apple-melon nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, spicy, mineral-tinged, fresh, ripe, lightish, apple-melon-lemon flavours with a very crisp, unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink. TASTING NOTE: The nose is bright and fresh with notes of sake, candied orange and basil. Ripe white fruit becomes apparently on the palate, with flavors of apples, honeysuckle, and green vegetation.
