Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BLANDY'S
Deep brown colour. Slightly hot, sweet caramel nose that seemed somewhat oxidized. Very sweet, tangy, medium bodied, slightly raisiny, somewhat oxidized, baked plum flavours with lingering, lemon peel acidity on the finish. Has 19% alcohol and 141 g/L residual sugar. Unfortunately, no lot number was visible. Tasted once - not presented at the consultants preview in the LCBO lab. This REPEAT last appeared in Vintages (*+/**) on October 28, 2006 at $18.95.
