Deep intense purple colour. Spicy, gently juicy,somewhat cedary, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some hints of mocha-chocolate. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, bright, fairly intense, ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Syrah and Sangiovese has 13% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
