Medium red colour. Very slightly spicy, bright, ripe red cherry nose with some mineral-tinged, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-light to light bodied, slightly spicy, harmonious, gently tangy, plum-cherry-apple puree flavours with some sandalwood notes on the finish. Quite ready-to-drink. Has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. You can safely ignore the outdated 93-point paid-for Beverage Testing Institute tasting note appearing in the Vintages Catalogue. CSPC 536797
