STOLEN IDENTITY |
Medium red colour. Very slightly spicy, bright, ripe red cherry nose with some mineral-tinged, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-light to light bodied, slightly spicy, harmonious, gently tangy, plum-cherry-apple puree flavours with some sandalwood notes on the finish. Quite ready-to-drink. TASTING NOTE: Bright clear garnet color. Inviting, savory aromas and flavors of baked berries and cherries, roasted beets and tomatoes, and toasted herbs and peppercorns with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a sleek, engaging, medium-length honey roasted carrot and vanilla nuts finish with well-integrated, dusty tannins and light oak. A savory well poised pinot with nice fruit and mouthwatering acidity. Exceptional. Best Buy. Score - 93 (The Beverage Testing Institute, tastings.com, Oct. 4, 2016) |
