Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, ripe baked plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, sandalwood-tinged finish. Forward and ready-to-drink. Has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. | The 2015 vintage was early, short and warm in the Russian River Valley and produced excellent wines, such as this Pinot grown in fog-cooled vineyards. Look for notes of violet, dark berries, cherry and vanilla on a silky texture in this wine, and sip it with savoury winter stews. |
