TASTING NOTE: Gunsight Rock Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the east side of the Paso Robles appellation, where the vines get a lot of sunlight and substantial heat and grow next to an abandoned riverbed. It's loaded with cassis, ripe blackberry, mulberry and cedar with toasty, smoky overtones and will make a fine pardner - ahem, partner - for steak and potatoes with rosemary, garlic and butter.
