Fairly deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, plummy, ripe apple nose with some slightly savoury notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, quite harmonious, fairly bright, very slightly spicy, somewhat modest, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a crisp, seemingly unoaked, straightforward finish. This light-weight, albeit correct, Minervois is fairly versatile and ready-to-drink. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar.
