Fairly deep purple red colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, red licorice nose with some ripe plum-cherry notes and a touch of cedar. Dry, medium bodied, smooth, albeit lively, slightly spicy, fairly intense, fresh ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, sandalwood-tinged finish. Quite harmonious and ready-to-drink, this tasty blend of 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1L515A8 12/04/17 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Lussac-Saint-Émilion is located on the right bank of the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, about 45 kilometres east of the city of Bordeaux and only 9 kilometres from the medieval village of Saint-Émilion.
