Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary mocha-chocolate notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, cedary, slight mocha-chocolate flavours with a lingering, tangy finish. Has 14% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. TONY ASPLER / 88-points - Cedary, plum nose with a medicinal note; full-bodied, dry and savoury with spicy plum and blackberry flavours and a firm tannic finish. Lively acidity with a vanilla oak finish. Better than the 2013 (*+/**) with 87-points released on July 23, 2016 at $18.95. CSPC 327767
