Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
QUARISA |
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Juicy, spicy, slightly tropical, clove-tinged, slightly ripe cherry-plum puree nose with some cedary notes. Off dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, very spicy, clove-tinged, plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, cedary, high acid finish. No detour here for this commercial , entry-level Cabernet Sauvignon with 14.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17187 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
