Extremely deep intense purple colour. Juicy, spicy, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, rounded, slightly spicy, very juicy, tangy, slightly baked, black cherry-plum puree flavours with a lingering, tangy, cedary finish. Ready-to-drink. This blend of 80% Malbec, 15% Bonarda and 5% Petit Verdot has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with a new lot number L17234 meaning that this was not the bottling that James Suckling awarded 92-points to (the medallion appears on the capsule). TONY ASPLER / 88-points - Cedary, plum nose with vanilla oak; full-bodied, dry, fruity, plum flavour with evident alcohol. CSPC 450163
