Extremely pale straw colour. Very slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, faintly floral, ripe apple nose with some faint leesy notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, floral, ripe apple-melon-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink.
