TASTING NOTE: This single-vineyard Viognier is from second-generation vintner Greg Powers. Its wonderfully expressive aromas of fresh flowers, orchard fruit, tropical fruit and spice introduce a wine bursting with waves of juicy peach, crunchy apple and exotic pear flavours and a touch of mineral. Chill and sip, or pour with slow-cooked sesame chicken. (Vintages panel, Aug. 2017) |
