TASTING NOTE: This is sourced from vines planted in calcareous clay and gravelly soils at altitudes ranging from 250 to 500 metres. The vines experience excellent sunshine and warmth during the day and cool nights that help maintain grape freshness. This unoaked Chardonnay offers notes of lemon zest, pear, apple and mineral, with a delicate hint of honey. Crisp, round and balanced, it will be superb with crab or shrimp appetizers, but will also pair well with a creamy vegetable soup. (Vintages panel, May 2017) Price $ 19.95
