Bright very pale straw colour. Shy, slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple-melon nose with some slightly grassy, faint mineral notes. Very dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, ripe apple-melon-lemon flavours with a tangy, unoaked finish. Quite ready-to-drink. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1626 on the back label. The 2013 (**) was released on August 8, 2015 at $24.95. CSPC 409292
