TASTING NOTE: Gérald Talmard crafts this cuvée to honour the estate's founder, his grandfather Joseph. This is floral (think white meadow flowers), lively and crisp with impressive pear and citrus throughout. There's a hint of baking spice that adds a delightful little extra. This will be an excellent match for herbed roast chicken and cauliflower purée. (Vintages panel, April 2017) Price $ 16.95
