Bright medium straw colour. Intense, spicy, gently complex, lime-tinged, ripe lemon meringue nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, fairly rich, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, high acid, gently cedary finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. CSPC 540781
