TASTING NOTE: Made from the relatively obscure Schioppettino grape variety, this wine offers pretty floral, red cherry, dried fruit and spice notes riding a bright ribbon of acidity. The producer suggests pairing the wine with game and mature cheeses. (Vintages panel, May 2017) |
