Bright deep purple colour. Spicy, juicy, ripe cherry nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, slightly spicy, juicy plum-cherry flavours with a crisp, gently cedary finish. This commercial, ready-to-drink “California” blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Cabernet Franc has 13.7% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
