| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, baked plum and stewed cherry nose with some cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, fairly intense, harmonious, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cedary finish. There are 2,498 cases of the Food & Drink Discovery. It has 14.6% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L16292 on the back label. Screwcap closure. Similar to the recommended 2013 (**/**+) released on May 28, 2016 at $19.95. |
