TASTING NOTE: Sweet berries punctuated by delectable tang. Smooth yet lively, with suggestions of blueberry, strawberry, vanilla and mint. Attractively priced for the quality. A fine, silky cabernet from cool-climate Clare Valley that's fit for grilled-steak season, or for cellaring up to five more years. Food Pairing: Grilled steak.
