TASTING NOTE: From the iconic Hess Family Wine Estates, this is sourced from sites planted in both gravelly and volcanic soils. Impressive Sauvignon character on the nose and palate. Grassy, with gooseberry, grapefruit, passion fruit and lemon aromas and flavours. This has some weight on the palate and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Enjoy with goat cheese, or grilled fish or shrimp.
