TASTING NOTE: \"Domaine des Quints\" may sound like a dwelling for five siblings, but in reality, it's a small organically farmed estate winery. This dry, elegant Chenin Blanc from the lauded Saumur appellation is fresh and floral, with crunchy apple, tropical and citrus fruit and a mineral undertone. Pour the wine with pork chops or rillettes, or sip a glass alongside a fish taco or two (or five). (Vintages panel, May 2017) Price $ 16.95
