TASTING NOTE: This comes from vines in Chichée on the warm right bank of the Serein River. It is a ripe wine, full of rich apricot and lime fruits and a straight line of acidity that gives the Chablis a crisp texture. The aftertaste is lively and the wine is ready to drink.
