TASTING NOTE: Another stunner from Charles Baker's portfolio of single-vineyard Rieslings, the Ivan Vineyard is sourced from 20-year-old vines on Twenty Mile Bench. It's dry, focused and flinty, with crunchy green apple, lime and herbal notes. Savour it over the next two decades with lake fish. (Vintages panel, April 2017) |
