Pale straw colour. Shy, clean, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple-melon nose. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, very effervescent, faintly honeyed, ripe melon-apple flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. This pricey blend of 70% Pinot Blanc, 15% Riesling and 15% Muscat has 12% alcohol. The 2011 (*+/**) was released on August 18, 2012 at $19.95.
