A Best Buy
TASTING NOTE: Primarily Macabeo with Xarello and Parellada, this Cava offers tremendous value. Sourced from limestone and clay soils, it is floral with a notable grapefruit citrus tone on the nose and baked bread autolytic notes. The plate is fresh and crisp, with stone fruit and mineral tones. Excellent integration and balance with good length. A nice value alternative to Champagne for your holiday celebrations.
