TASTING NOTE: Clean, quite fresh and fruity, this is a lively, essentially dry, crémant rosé from Burgundy. It's nicely mid-weight and crunchy, with modest yeasty-biscuity flavours; this is more about the red berry fruit. Good to very good length.
