Very deep intense purple colour. Attractive, cedary, spicy, baked plum nose with some mocha-chocolate notes. Dry, ripe, medium-full bodied, well structured, spicy, intense, fairly baked, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cedary, high acid finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 17033 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Better than the recommended 2012 (**/**+) released on March 19, 2016 at $25.95. CSPC 408864

TASTING NOTE: This Merlot is sourced predominately from vineyards throughout the Wahluke Slope in eastern Washington, including the Indian Wells Vineyard, and features a splash of Syrah.
