Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, youthful, ripe plum nose with some dried cherry and sandalwood notes. Dry, harmonious, medium to medium-full bodied, ripe plum and mocha-chocolate flavours with a lingering, crisp, faintly spicy, mineral-tinged finish. This blend of 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca and 30% Tinta Roriz has 14% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L3013 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 88-points / TRY - Spicy, blackberry nose with a floral note; medium-bodied, dry, firmly structured with lively acidity. |

Vanilla notes from the oak on the rich palate. Tannins are smooth with good acidity. Charming finish, some hints of bitter, dark chocolate. Score - Silver (Decanter World Wine Awards,2014) |
