TASTING NOTE: This wine was grown in the clay soils of Marlborough's Southern Valley, which are said to contribute textural smoothness to Pinot Noir. This one shows bright cherry and raspberry fruit backed by vanilla and chocolaty notes, with good ripeness and underlying structure. Pair with beef or lamb medallions in a red wine sauce.
