| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Youthful, intense, slightly spicy, ripe plum nose with some sandalwood notes. Dry, quite well structured, harmonious, slightly spicy, youthful, intense, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, bright, gently cedary, sandalwood-tinged finish. Needs time! This blend of 67% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Sangiovese has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17023591 on the lower part of the glass bottle. The recommended 2014 (***) was released on November 12, 2016 at $29.95.
