| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Spicy, ripe plum-cherry nose with some tea-driven, herbal, garrigue notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, dense, high acid, faintly peppery, plum-cherry-apple flavours with a tart finish. Tasted once. Has 13.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 86-points - Floral, plum nose marred by a hint of geranium leaf; medium-bodied, dry, plum and apple peel flavours. The 2014 (*+/**) was released on April 16, 2016 at $18.95. |
