Medium deep red colour. Slightly spicy, faintly dusty, baked cherry-plum nose with some slightly reductive, cedar-vanilla notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, tart, baked dried plum-cherry-apple flavours with a cedary, fairly crisp, slightly sulphury, garlic-tinged finish that has some herbaceous notes. Tasted once. Has 14% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. |
