TASTING NOTE: 10% whole bunches, 90% destemmed, matured for 9 months in used French puncheons. Good depth to the colour; black fruits lead the way, cherry and berry in equal parts. Controlled alcohol pays dividends on the long, medium to full-bodied palate. Tannins and oak have been skillfully handled, subtly adding to the complexity. Drink by: 2035.
