Bright medium straw colour. Very spicy, honeyed, beeswax-tinged, mature, lemon-apple-apricot nose with a faint hint of acetic acid. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, ripe apple-melon-apricot flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp finish. Turkey time. Has 13.1% alcohol and 12 g/L residual sugar. Tasted once. TONY ASPLER / -87.5-points - Peachy, minerally nose; medium-bodied, sweetish peachy-pear flavour with a Meyer lemon finish. |
