This is an unorthodox white blend - Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Muscat Canelli and Viognier, though the percentages are kept under wraps - and it's a delicious one, with notions of peach, melon, spring flowers and a touch of honeyed lychee. Pair with Thai or southern Indian cuisine, spicy seafood dishes or soft, salty cheeses. |
