| Bright deep straw colour. Very spicy, rather cedary, ripe apple-melon puree nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, spicy, honeyed, ripe lemon-melon-pear puree flavours with a lingering, somewhat cedary finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with the same lot number 16355 on the lower part of the glass bottle. This REPEAT of the 2015 (*+) was last released on June 10, 2017 at $24.95. |

| The name \"Irony\" is a reference to the twists of fate that led two prodigal sons back home. As young men, Jay and Chris Indelicato both left the family winery to pursue other careers in the big city. A series of happy accidents eventually led the two back home, and today, they are the third generation to run Delicato. Always a great value and crafted in a crowd-pleasing style that offers up impressive tropical fruit, apple, vanilla and spice notes, this Chardonnay will be a good pairing for grilled seafood or mildly spiced chicken. |
