Very bright light yellow colour. Slightly spicy, gently toasty, lemony, key lime pie nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, quite intense, ripe lemon-lime flavours with a lingering, buttered toast finish. Has 13.8% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / TRY - Spicy, oaky, citrus and meringue bouquet; medium to full-bodied, dry, leesy, apple flavour with good persistence on the palate.
