Bright light yellow colour. Gently spicy, toasty, intense, ripe lemon meringue nose with some slight reductive notes. Dry, medium bodied, intense, very slightly spicy, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a crisp, mineral-tinged, cedary, fairly high acid finish. Well structured and mouthfilling. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar.
